Warranty for services performed

We offer a warranty on all repairs, covering the effectiveness of the fix for the specific fault reported.

The warranty period is: 12 months

This warranty is voluntary and doesn't affect your statutory rights for complaints.

Warranty scope

The warranty covers:

  • reoccurrence of the same fault stemming from the same cause that was originally repaired
  • defects resulting from the repair service provided
  • assembly or technical errors that occurred during the repair

If a warranty claim is approved, the device will be repaired again at no extra cost. If a repair isn't possible, we'll work with the customer to find an alternative solution.

What the warranty doesn't cover

What the warranty doesn't cover:

  • faults unrelated to the repair we performed
  • damage caused by external factors
  • flooding, moisture, or corrosion occurring after the repair
  • mechanical damage
  • improper installation or use of the device
  • third-party interference
  • vehicle electrical system damage
  • electrical surges or wiring faults

Warranty Claim Procedure

If you need to make a warranty claim:

  1. the customer contacts us and describes the problem
  2. the unit is sent back for re-diagnostics
  3. after verification, we'll decide on a repair or another solution

Shipping Costs

The customer covers the shipping costs for sending the unit to our service center.

We might cover the return shipping costs for the unit, based on our individual decision, unless legal regulations state otherwise.

Final Provisions

Our warranty covers only the repair service performed, not the entire device as if it were a brand-new product.
