Payment and Billing Policy
Available payment methods might vary depending on your specific order and billing address. If cash on delivery isn't an option, we'll need full prepayment before starting the service. In these cases, the final billing is based on the actual work performed, and any difference will be refunded to you.
The price displayed on the product page represents the maximum standard cost of the control unit repair service.
For customers located outside Poland, full payment is required in advance before the service is carried out.
Service processing begins after the order has been paid.
Every job kicks off with a device diagnostic. The final scope of work and service cost depend on the controller's technical condition.
Possible scenarios:
1. Controller fully functional (no faults detected)
If no faults are found, a device diagnostic is performed.
Cost: 199 PLN
After diagnostics, the customer may choose to proceed with an additional service including cleaning, protection, and maintenance of the unit.
Cost of additional service: 299 PLN or 399 PLN (depending on the controller generation)
The additional service is performed only after obtaining the customer's consent.
2. Controller requires repair
A standard repair is carried out.
Cost: up to the maximum price listed on the product page
3. Controller is beyond standard repair
If we can't fix it, you'll cover the cost of diagnostics and return shipping.
Cost: 199 PLN
4. Severe Damage (Custom Repair)
If there's severe damage (like a damaged or burnt PCB), we can often still perform a custom repair.
In such a case:
- the repair cost might go over the standard service price
- we'll get in touch with the customer before proceeding with the repair
The repair will be performed only after obtaining the customer's consent, especially in cases where the cost may exceed the standard repair price displayed on the product page.
Billing Policy
Billing is based on the actual scope of work performed. For prepaid orders, any difference resulting from the final service scope is settled via partial refund.
A diagnostic fee might apply, regardless of whether the repair is successful or not.
We're not responsible for any faults that aren't directly related to the diagnostic or repair work we've done.
All prices shown on our site are final. As per current regulations, the seller is exempt from VAT.
