Important Order Details

After placing your order, you'll get an email with the address where you should send your faulty controller. Please write your order number on a piece of paper and include it with the controller in your package. Alternatively – and this is recommended – you can print out this email and send it along with the controller to us.

🔧 Our standard repair time is 48–72 hours.

If cash on delivery isn't an option, full prepayment is required before we start the service.

In such cases, the final billing is based on the actual scope of work performed, and any difference will be refunded to the customer.

If your Haldex control unit shows no faults:

We'll run diagnostics on the control unit without messing with its internal structure.

Cost: 199 PLN

Just a heads-up, diagnostics alone won't prevent potential future issues like moisture or corrosion.

Once diagnostics are complete, we'll reach out to offer you an optional cleaning and protection service for your control unit.

This service includes:

• PCB cleaning
• applying a new protective coating
• housing cleaning
• removing any signs of corrosion
• fixing any minor damage
• cover replacement (if needed)
• resealing the control unit

Cost for this extra service: 399 PLN

We'll only proceed with this service once we have your go-ahead.

Mechanical or electrical damage to your Haldex Control Unit:

We'll perform a comprehensive repair of the controller's circuit board (including cleaning and applying a new protective coating to prevent future corrosion). We'll clean the housing, remove any corrosion, seized screws, and plugs, fix any damage, and replace the cover (if needed). After that, the controller will be properly sealed and sent back to you via courier or to a pickup point.

Cost:999 PLN

Extra components, like the housing, might be replaced for an additional charge.

Haldex Control Units Beyond Repair:

If your control unit is severely damaged and beyond repair, we'll get in touch to discuss your options.
Should the repair not proceed, you'll be responsible for the cost of diagnostics and return shipping.

Cost: 199 PLN

Warranty Period:

We offer a 12-month warranty on your Haldex control unit repair, assuming proper operation and regular AWD system maintenance (like routine oil changes and pump strainer cleaning). In some specific cases, the warranty period might be adjusted (either shortened or extended), and we'll definitely let you know if that happens. We also want to assure you that based on our extensive experience, the Haldex units we repair typically perform reliably for many years to come.

Our Haldex Control Unit Repair Process:

1. Initial Diagnostics:
   We kick things off with a visual inspection and tests of your Haldex controller to check its condition and see if it's repairable. If the controller is severely damaged, we'll suggest alternative solutions, like replacing it with a new or reconditioned unit.

2. Component Repair:
   Our specialists meticulously repair the PCB (Printed Circuit Board), cleaning it and checking for any faults. We also recondition or replace the housing, cover, and other components, paying close attention to every detail to ensure optimal performance.

3. Controller Protection:
   After the repair, we apply a professional protective coating to the PCB, shielding it from moisture and corrosion. The controller is then reassembled and thoroughly sealed.

4. Final Testing:
   Before shipping, we run final tests to make sure the controller works flawlessly and that your 4x4 drive is functioning correctly.
