Important Order Details

Once you place your order, you'll get an email with the address to send your faulty control unit to. Please write your order number on a piece of paper and send it along with the control unit to the specified address.  Alternatively – and this is recommended – you can print out that email and send it with the control unit to us.

• P0607-00 (10660) – control unit function error

• P0716 (17100) – transmission input shaft speed sensor (G182) – implausible signal

• P176A – gear monitoring: 1st gear – no regulation

• P176B – gear monitoring: 2nd gear – no regulation

We'll get in touch with you, and once you confirm, your order will be updated. Then, the control unit will be sent back to you via courier or parcel locker. This service costs 120 PLN.

If your DQ500 control unit is severely damaged or beyond repair, we'll give you a call to discuss your options.

Warranty Period:

We offer a 12-month warranty on gearbox control unit repairs, provided the gearbox is operated and serviced correctly (e.g., regular oil changes). In some cases, the warranty might be shorter or longer – we'll let you know. We also want to assure you that, based on our experience, the control units we repair work reliably for many years.

DQ500 is an electronically controlled 7-speed DSG (dual-clutch) gearbox developed by Volkswagen, capable of handling a maximum torque of up to 600 Nm.

The DQ500 gearbox is used in many Volkswagen AG group vehicle models, including SUVs and high-performance cars. It can also work with vehicles equipped with all-wheel drive (4Motion).

Repair process for VW DQ500 gearbox control units:
